      Pros

      Great team to work with. They are always available to answer questions and help you with anything you need. The work itself is full of insights.

      Cons

      The company does not invest in you unfortunately. The pay is pretty below market and because of that the turnover is high, leaving the team to panick with half completed projects and push for overtime.

      Decent salary, half decent benefits.

      There is no supervision for work, except when there is a mistake and it gets overblown constantly. Lawyers talk down to you, as if you were a second class citizen. Lawyers do not understand your work, your "supervisor" won't back you up Complete revolving door for analysts You aren't supposed to talk to your colleagues Dead end, no room for advancement All new employees are a nervous wreck due to the system
