      -Office management based around nepotism -Senior attorneys bully associates to the point of outright harassment -Young female associates aren't taken seriously and are passed over for assignments -Support staff is mistreated -Diversity is non-existent (if anything it's discouraged since they have a policy in place that bans the support staff from speaking Spanish to each other) -HR is non-responsive to complaints -There is no effort to make associates better attorneys -Cold and unfriendly working environment (there's a lot of gossip) -Mentor Program exists in name only -Little to no training provided -High turnover rate because none of the associates want to be there -Salary is below what similar firms pay
