Pros

Great Benefits and cover 90% of the insurance premiums. Nice casual dress, go to lunch when ever you want.

Cons

NOT diverse at all. All the African Americans are on the manufacturing floor, NONE in professional positions, even Globally. No room for advancement. High turnover this year. Not very safe in, ammonia exposure, coal carbon dust everywhere. Extremely dirty, and questionable safety.
