Low pay, paid monthly, super paid when they feel like it, salary reviewed rarely and doesn't keep up with industry or inflation, experience not acknowledged, very little empowerment to do a good job, micr-management from project mamagers, long hours expected, very poor work life balance, treated like a number, very impersonal experience when you can't even get a desk to use for the day.
