Pros

Reasonably flexible work schedule, with availability to work from home some days of the week Relatively nice working culture Standard salary graduate, but this is starting to become low given cost of living

Cons

40 working hours minimum oer week (not 37.5) Working overtime is typical (written in your contract as already considered in your pay) All about hitting 80% billable hours (even when work is scarce) Job boils down to cookie cutter tasks resulting in poor development of skills
