Pros
There's a lot of room for lateral movement and exploration of various positions in such a large company. Good variety in work, and good avenues for career development. There is an excellent working culture and a big focus on diversity/inclusion, and social events.
Cons
Some people are frustrated by the systems in place, some of which come from being a large American company. Getting approvals and the financial side of things can be bureaucratic, and frustrating at times.
