Very poor management. Sink or swim. Favoritism. Everyone for themselves mentality. Will not be up front or honest in interview. Very high turn around. The Onboarding process is horrendous. My first 3 weeks were sitting around doing nothing. I was not given a buddy had literally no one to reach out to. Took 3 weeks to get a laptop and cell phone. HR is not helpful at all. Be ready to get the I don’t know the answer try looking it up from HR. When I asked the lead for assistance due to being overwhelmed with no training only after being there for 2 months I was told that they won’t always be able to help when I ask for it.
