      Pros

      People are good to work for. Seniors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Getting a good project is all in the hands of fate. That primarily decides if you will have a good experience or bad.

      Cons

      The work isn't very exciting. It's a slow working environment. It becomes repetitive after some point. Work hours are frustrating. No work life balance.

      Good place to learn for freshers, conveyence facility, ability to grow easily.

      Cons

      Management is not very much activity for the frehsers sometimes. Senior staff do not respond quickly.
