      Very unorganized no training cut throat.

      Pros

      Decent pay. Some interaction with engineers, get to learn some advanced tech.

      Cons

      How do i start. I worked at the allen park location as a entry level test tech. I received absolutely no training at all. They expect you to read their minds. The garage lead employees have a chip on their shoulder and they will do anything to get someone they dont like fired. They will fabricate reasons to fire you if they dont like you and fire you on your 89th day. Good luck

      Pros

      Good compensation, descendent benefits (401k). Health benefits lacking for such a large company. My wife and I carry our own health insurance and pay less for the same coverage.

      Cons

      Pay is good as long as you have work. If there is no work the "unwritten rule" is to go home and use your vacation time. If you charge to much time on General time (Nothing to do) then you will be asked to kindly leave.
