The CMD has no vision where he wants to take this company. He feels hiring people means growing. He can fire anybody I MEAN A N Y B O D Y WITHOUT ANY REASON. Just like that. You are been called in his cabin and told to leave. That is it.........no reasons given. This is highly unorganized organization and anybody who trys to organize things that would not happen. Because the CMD has his own way of working and if anybody tries to changes it he feels offended and boy are fired.People there are so full of IGO and uncooperation that no good person would be able to survive there. They come with small mind and small vision. Nobody has a dream to grow big. Everybody is a boss there. Especially the people who are there for few years. They are like supreme GODS of Jaipur Rugs.
You have to get CMD's approval for even of the smallest of the things. You cant just take a decision on your own. no matter how many years of experience you carry. No matter how great education background you have. You wont be listened.
The CMD tells everybody to unlearn themselves to understand his company. But he is so full of his past experience that he does not let himself to know the other person. It feels he is always in a hurry to fire somebody. Other company's CMDs have target to grow their organization from one stage to other. It seems this CMD has target to fire certain people every year
