Pros

If one gets a chance to go to the ground and meet them will be interesting. They are also exploited in many ways so be prepared to get disappointed.

Cons

Jaipur Rugs is the most unethical, misleading organization. The founder of the organization keeps talking about the core values of Jaipur rugs. But, he himself is not aware of professional work culture and how to treat their employees. After 6 long rounds of interviews, I was insulted on my 18th day saying - they are giving me free of cost salary, I use my brain and ask too many questions and share opinions. I am from an NGO background so I am not capable of working in Jaipur Rugs. Let me tell you before and after me, there were many employees who were asked to leave without any wrongdoings. They will not even share the JD with you. There was no brief about my role and responsibility even after I joined. Mr. NKC, the founder calls you at any hour and talks negative things about other employees. One cannot give any input, suggestions regarding anything. I did so I was not in their good books. In the first week only they will start giving you feedback about your work. And the worst part is you cannot go and complain about it to anyone because the company is run by the whole family. In my 7 years of work experience, I have never seen extreme toxicity, fear in talking to other employees, unprofessionalism, negativity by the founder. Every month they will hire in bulk and every month they will ask many to leave. One really has to work hard on pleasing everyone because the feedback will be taken from the driver, admin, guest house cleaner, cook, peers, and of course the managers. The founder will not shy ask about your salary figure in front of people. If you want professional-financial growth, great conversations and peer group, respect for your work and self, mental peace then please do not join Jaipur Rugs. Every company has some other loopholes which can be corrected with better planning, discussions, and experienced staff. Jaipur Rugs is a place where almost every employee is always in fear and insecurity if someone is hired. And one cannot grow and live peacefully with such insecurities.
