The managers at all levels, up to NKC sir, are reflective and are always striving to improve. Jonathan has built a fantastic team and it's refreshing to be a part of something that you know has a positive impact. Jaipur Rugs company is keen to ensure staff are paid in recognition of the work put in, there are no pay freezes in place. There are real opportunities for self-development if you want them.

I joined 3 years ago as a developer as my first developer job after changing careers from a completely different industry. I was instantly made to feel at home, the team I work in is full of genuinely great people and I've been supported at every step. I've had a few promotions in the past 3 years and it isn't uncommon to see people being promoted with decent pay rises. We work in family business but it's never felt like a dictatorship, as days we're empowered to push back and make suggestions and improvements to the product. The job has been genuinely life-changing for me and I love what I do every day.

Cons

Pretty much every company is recruiting. Best Companies is no different and is also advertising lots of new roles, hopefully, the company will attract more talented individuals and the business continues to grow with aspirations to go global in the next 10 years.
