      Few good people are working there but due to need, they are even not happy.

      Cons

      Spoiling careers of people. Hire and fire attitude. Top person on management consider himself as God, he thinks he know everything. But he has sick thinking. Don't trust employees who are hardworking but trust on those who come to whisper about others. Spys are everywhere. If any employee has some issue in personal life, he thinks it will spoil his business. How man... Grow up. Confirms one thing with 10 people because do not trust himself. Narrow minded. Higher attrition.

      mgmnt is worst. no leadership. no training. first day on the job n nobody is ther to guide. owner is so narrowminded. he has spys everywhere. they talk big things n charity n all. it's fake. i will never recomend to any friend.
