I love the management team, co- workers and the job itself. They make you feel like you are more like family instead of employee. Company provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas and continually encouraging growth, both personally and professionally.

The best part of working with JR is that they allow us to connect and understand the grassroot. They work for welfare of the weavers along with the profit of the company. Opinions and suggestions of employees are always welcomed by the management. Everyone over here is treated as a part of the family.
