      Pros

      Just an all around awesome team of people to work with. From my first day with the company to my last I greatly enjoyed working with my coworkers and colleagues throughout the organization. Everyone is incredibly smart, talented, and kind.

      Cons

      The company itself experienced a few ups and downs during my time there, but everything was handled well by management and obstacles were overcome.

      -Expectations of you are made very apparent. -On the other hand, it is made clear that you are an asset to the organization and your growth is beneficial to both parties. -Hands on experience, to get you fully acclimated to company way of living. -Extremely organized and surprisingly very fun.

      1. Culture is better than a Rajshree Production Movie. Suraj Barjatya would be proud. 2. There is no toxic boss situation or authoritarianism. You get work from all directions. 3. People are motivated to experiment and explore beyond their core abilities, no matter if they want to or not. 4. Management is highly creative and decisive. 5. Teamwork is highly regarded and prioritized.
