*In Jaipur Rugs hierarchy allows employees to perfect their own positions and improve the company as a whole * Company culture is relaxed and fun, but employees are competent and hard working. * Very easy to find work/life balance, you are held accountable for what you contribute and produce and not how long you sit at your desk. * Employees are treated really well. Never a lack of encouragement from founders and upper management.

Jaipur Rugs by far the best place I have ever worked. I can really tell I love my job when I look forward to coming to work everyday. The work is fun and challenging and my role allows me to interface across many different parts of the organisation. The company is filled with some amazing talents .Will highly recommend.

Cons

Things are always changing and you have to o be flexible and adaptable.
