Pros
The work environment is professional and homely at the same time. You would never feel unguided as there's always someone to guide you through. The extraordinary element would be the Sensing Journey and the induction period, where they train and educate you about the company as well as the whole process, which helps the new employees and makes the works flow smoother. This helped us to connect emotionally with the artisans and live their lives in a couple of days. A beautiful experience.
