      The organisation has nothing special about it.

      Well there are no pros about the organisation, it keeps showing that they are moving towards self-management but the reality is that this organisation is Micro-managed by NKC and he doesnt let anyone take charge of their, because as per him everyone else in the organisation is useless

      Pros

      Nothing good in this company. It runs by a family of Mr. Chaudhary and there is no culture which suggest its an company, its their household matter. They run their own wish, not care for a second for other loyal employees. You would be regretting for your life if you join this company. All 5* reviews are fake by their own management. You would sense that very first day after you join this shameless company.

      Cons

      Dont ever think this company to join, worst than a railway station pakoda selling job. Better to do that instead of joining this company. Even dont consider if you are offered good package, all are myth. They get work done by you and force you to resign as soon they dont need you immediately. Cant recommend this to my enemy as well.

      amazing focus on learning. there is a lot to learn everyday. no stagnation in job. very new approach to a traditional business. love the young CEO (Mr. Yogesh) - open minded to ideas and shows empathy towards people

      Cons

      some people will try to negatively influence you as soon as you join mostly who are insecure about their jobs. the culture is highly flat so sometimes old style people make the work slow
