Peers are very supportive. You get variety of work as per your interest. Health & mindfulness is a major focus area. You get to work in a company which is involved in international business yet works directly with people at the ground level and the working ways are a lot different from the lot.

Cons

Dynamic environment leads things to work in a haphazard manner at times. Not much clarity about Financial and career growth.
