      I have worked with few other companies however I must tell you guys that working in Jaipur Rugs company was a different experience altogether, the culture is very humane and the kinds that helps you grow. There’s a lot of liberty to implement your projects and the best part that you get to learn so many other soft skills which you can never learn in your MBA. yes I would recommend this to my friend :-)

      Cons

      All Saturdays are not off so, week is bit longer on alternate weeks. Saturday is part of POA (Plan of Action strategy).

      Great products. Some great people in the organization

      Senior Management direction is a joke. They do not care about their people or their managers. not a good place to work.

      President does not know how to run a company. Very disorganized, changes with the wind. Multiple factions within the organization.
