I think people stay here as they offer good pay

Cons

strict minimum working hours, 9hrs minimum. No flexi. only 18 days leave in a year with only 2 Saturday off in a month. It is getting Hectic.

Some of the pros are the work culture and the work environment. The company organizes wellness sessions time to time for employees and is considerate about the mental health of all employees. My experience so far is excellent.
