The company focuses on highly on inclusion in a way that you will yourself want to be a part of multiple projects. It is great especially for new comers when their ideas are considered. Even if you have joined recently, you get plenty of opportunities to take a lead. The amount of exposure you will get is commendable.

Cons

It takes time to understand the company and the protocols it follows. However, once you get the hang of it then nothing like it. The journey is full of learnings.
