Pros

I worked at Jam City for 2 years, where I was brought on as a Marketing Coordinator and was able to be promoted to Manager. The best part about working at Jam City was the amount of resources you have to learn, and the open-door policy from the top down. Even as a coordinator, I felt/knew my voice was heard and considered in all settings, no matter the title of the person I was working with. I always felt the ability to take on projects that I cared about/wanted to learn more about, and appreciated that there were always people around to lean on for support. The culture is something that you don’t get at most companies as well. This place has found a great work/life balance.

Cons

It’s an open-air office, which can be a challenge at times when you really need to focus on a task-oriented project.
