Pros

Jam City is fine. The work/life balance is good and they have a good culture.

Cons

Unless your studio is making a match-3 or bubble-popper, there's no trust that your game will succeed. Jam City is afraid to push the envelope and grow their business with anything other than what they already know.

Pros

- Dynamic company with fun & interesting games - Culture is so important! Great people & tons of employee activities! - Free lunch & snacks - Unlimited PTO - The ability to grow professionally & take on new challenges - Nicest group of people I've ever worked with

Cons

Flat hierarchy is great, but can lead to confusion over who does what when first starting.
