Monthly comped activities, free food every other day, and relaxEd environment.

Cons

There seems to be a lack of poor leadership. There isn't much room to grow as a low level employee.

Pros

This review is for the San Diego Studio. Each studio has it's own culture so take that into consideration. The SD studio is very well run and there is low drama. Everyone works hard to make our games amazing and takes feedback positively. Good mix or senior, mid, and junior staff members all working together. Great place to learn and grow.

Cons

Leadership sometimes focuses on the shiny new thing instead of sticking to original plan.
