Pros

Great company that is growing quickly. There's lots of room for growth and to challenge yourself. There is a hugely collaborative atmosphere here and everyone works together as a team to make things better. There's a great work life balance and we have a lot of fun. Also, the new office in LA is a convenient location and has a nice atmosphere.

Cons

No cons that I can think of! I have seen the company change for the better in the past two years and have no complaints.

Pros

Great teams to work with and the company has a good work life balance. The games are given the time they are needed to be competitive. Finally the executives are very down to earth with good heads on their shoulders.

Cons

The company is growing fast. Which can be a pro also. Small space in SF for the amount of people however I see this as temporary problem.

Pros

Probably the best gaming studio to work for in North County! Cookie Jam is bringing in a lot of revenue making room for growth. We have a new office which is a great environment for being creative and getting work done. It's so quiet and stress free, like a library. Coming off of a period of leadership transition and the new guys are really settling in and making things great.

Cons

If you don't like the occasional nerf gun war or quadcopter buzzing, those would be a con. The landlord so far has been a little annoying, you have to get permission to put anything on any wall. Also we don't have control over most of our lights, if you want some of them off you have to get someone to come turn them off. Also of course no one can agree on the temperature settings haha.
