Not an awful place for part time work. Good place to network.

Pros

Meet lots of new people, plenty of opportunities to network outside of the job you hold. Opportunities for advancement are given to employees first.

Cons

Middle management is a little messy. Don't always know what they're doing, so they don't instill a lot of confidence and often make you feel like you've been left hanging in the lurch with patrons. Not the most dependable.

Pros

Good healthcare benefits but only if you are full time.

Cons

Organization values degrees versus actual experience. Accountability is negligible and poor performers continue in their leadership roles. Not to mention that hiring practices are suspect and inconsistent.
