Pros

management is good, no micromanagement, chill for the most part.

Cons

Pay is low for the market. Also, I would look at a different company to start all over again; they are not very well known and might as well work for a company that either pays a lot or is a big name like Salesforce.

Thank you for leaving a review! We continue to take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package, making investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other benefits to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams.  Our pay transparency philosophy includes an employee’s total compensation including cash, compensation, and rewards. We encourage each Jamf to have an informed and transparent conversation with their manager to learn more about where you fit in your salary range and why.

Pros

- Benefits are very appealing compared to your average company - I feel appreciated by the people I work with, and feel like I can ask anyone a question without feeling embarrassment - Jamf harness a culture of relentless self improvement, trying to strive to be better - Slack is popping - many different channels to join to stay connected in a hybrid/remote world - Work/Life balance - Teamwork makes the dream work at this org. - Goals are reasonable and attainable if effort is put forth - Mostly transparent

Cons

- Change is inevitable here, and you either move with it or get left behind. In a highly fast-moving industry (tech) this is to be expected. - Growth has been slow for advancement from SDR to AE although there are plenty of opportunities to prepare yourself for that step while in the SDR role. - Some view the role as a grind. However, switching your focus to a different campaign can spice things up a bit.

Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate your thoughtful comments. We do recognize the career path for certain roles and departments is clearer and more well defined than others. We currently have efforts underway to better outline the competencies for career paths in many functional areas, as well as improving our internal mobility processes for Jamfs to discover new interests as well as cross-department opportunities.
