      Pros

      The people you will work with are incredible, many still operate in startup mentality and drive action.

      Cons

      Leadership challenges everywhere, brought in execs with industry experience that immediately started eroding the culture and minimizing IC impacts. Marred by indecision and political gamesmanship the leadership team has lost a lot of trust across the organization.

      Pros

      Team and co-workers from other teams were smart, talented, easy to work with and truly cared about individuals. Culture when hired was amazing.

      Cons

      First RIF was shocking, as management claimed would never happen, the fact have been multiple layoffs since and a complete change in culture to "leave if you don't like it" has been painful and sad to see and hear about.
