      Thank you for leaving a review! We do encourage teamwork and collaboration at Jamf, but we do realize as we have grown and have moved to a choice-based office model, it has created certain Departments and teams to develop silos. We need to do more as a company to have more Departments collaborate and work cross-functionally to break down barriers, share best practices, and eliminate duplication of efforts. This is a priority at Jamf!

      Thanks for leaving a review! We do take great pride in our culture and flexibility for employees to work remotely. We continue to take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package, and strive to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. We do have a number of efforts currently underway to ensure we remain competitive in the industry.
