Pros

Great opportunity to grow. Great people to work with. My boss was the very best.

Cons

The training is endless which is good and bad. Would have liked to work remote.

Pros

Jamf makes a point to share its wealth with its employees. They care most about their employees’ personal health and are always striving to help them self-improve. Customers are just as important as employees and it’s a culture of hospitality.

Cons

Restructuring is a lot more common as the company grows and it can get confusing. Sometimes you can get lost in the mix with management.

Thank you for your feedback. Our founders recognized the long-term positive impact to build an organization deeply committed to not only bettering the lives of our customers, but our employees and those in the greater community as well. This statement holds true today. Jamf is committed to our values being at the core of our culture and continues to guide our decisions every day. Jamf has experienced high periods of growth in recent years and we are aware this can lead to some growing pains. We continue to review employee feedback so we can address pain point where they exist. Current employees can provide confidential feedback and concerns through our Employee Engagement Surveys or by reaching out directly to HR.

Pros

Here is my favorite things about working at JAMF: 1. Benefits. If you have dependents, this is main reason you want to work here. Leave, Medical, etc. are all top tier, and I simply don't have to worry about medical bills anymore, it's a great feeling. 2. Culture. I have been very impressed with the laid back, but hard working culture. I haven't run into anyone with a "chip on their shoulder", and everyone seems like they want to help each other. 3. Pay. They pay above the national average, if you're qualified, and show that you are dependable.

Cons

The biggest Con is that they are growing so fast, they are definitely having some growing pains. I know it's not always possible, but it would be nice to back off the gas a bit. However the workload has not been overbearing at all, and is nothing compared to jobs I've worked at in the past.

Thank you for leaving a review, we appreciate your comments. Jamf has experienced much growth in recent years, and though we are proud to have maintained stability in our culture and values during these periods of progression, we are aware this can lead to some growing pains. We continue to review employee feedback, both informally and from our Employee Engagement Surveys, so we can continue to gauge where pain points exist and ensure our people continue to succeed.
