Pros

We grow and we help people. That's all engineers really want.

Cons

Honestly, the compensation isn't great, especially when compared to other software companies in the area. I get it, Jamf is a relaxed workplace, but that's changing fast since our salary ranges aren't attracting new talent so there's a lot more work for the rest of us.

Thanks for leaving a review! At Jamf, we continue to take a ‘whole employee experience’ view of our benefits and compensation package and strive to make investments not only in cash and salary related items, but also other services to ensure the wellbeing (financial, physical, and emotional) of our teams. As Jamf continues to grow we are constantly working to address pain points where they exist. We have several efforts underway to gauge and evaluate that the systems, tools, resources, processes, and our teams, can scale along with us. We encourage current employees to provide feedback and share any concerns through our Employee Engagement Surveys or by reaching out directly to HR.

Pros

Considerable opportunity for career growth, on the job training, competitive solution, attainable goals, great benefits, travel opportunities in the right roles, president's program for sales achievers, etc etc. There are many more to list tbh.

Cons

The more they grow, the less they feel like a start-up (which was a huge appeal for years). Increased employee count means more competition for promotions.

Thank you for leaving a review and for your comments. Jamf has experienced much growth in recent years and we are proud and excited at the success we have had in maintaining our culture and values during this progression. As our teams grow and scale, we are able to offer more opportunities on a global scale for career growth and professional development and are working to ensure our processes, systems, and structures scale along with us. We encourage our Jamfs to explore the vertical and horizontal paths our organization has to offer.
