- C suite/Director levels are horribly tone def and/or don’t seem to care about low level employees. There has been turnover in leadership and everyone is empty shells of former leaders. CEO has big shoes to fill and is uninspiring. The “People” team is HORRIBLE - anytime they try and connect with your average employee it backfires and creates tension. Would be better with a blank position in “People leadership”. - Pay is an industry joke and any response to questions or feedback regarding poor pay is met with hostility and negativity from leadership. - growing resentment amongst employees as management tries to pit them against each other.
