Pros

A lot of great, smart people work here. Awesome culture that lets you get your work done without stupid restrictions and rewards with a job well done. A lot of room for internal growth, very common for employees to find new opportunities to grow within and outside their current department. Sometimes people complain about pay (which I find to be competitive, especially for the area) but the whole compensations package with benefits is very good.

Cons

The deep commitement to customers can sometimes make employees need to stay late. Its never fun to do but it needs to get done and the rewards are seen in customer retention. Some growing pains as the company transistions from a small startup to a larger, more corporate company.
