      The pay is very high.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure to work long hours. Management keeps departments siloed so people don't see the toxic practices. There is a bunch of nonsense coming from managers such as "The company doesn't engage in charitable activities because it's too hard to decide which charities to support."
