      Working with pretty smart people.

      Cons

      Everything else. This position is NOT assistant trader as what I believed... Limit chance to get promotion. Even jumping to other companies, you pretty much do similar stuff. If you want to work in other quant field, this experience would not help you too much for the job-hunting. Will not recommend to take this position unless you don’t have other offers...
