      Pros

      Overall, very very smart and hard-working colleagues abound. I was extremely happy working there for several years.

      Cons

      As the firm has grown over the years, the level of general bureaucracy has really exploded. There are a lot of people in support roles who don't add much.

      Great compensation and benefits. The office is wonderful, and the food is amazing!

      Cons

      Not very transparent with upward mobility. Exit opportunities are sub-par due to the nature of the engineering problems solved. More senior people kind of ignore others. I have had several messages ack'd by senior employees only to ultimately be ignored
