Pros
Culture - everyone is focused on learning, growing and always doing great work. Everyone contributes to the culture, everyone is fully bought in and everyone truly cares about the impact we're making on the beneficiaries of our solutions. We all have a "why", a purpose and a mission in our work and we focus heavily on emotional intelligence. I played a sport in college, I've worked for multiple tech companies (corporate and start up) - this is by far the best team I've been a part of. We're growing extremely fast, while staying lean and focusing on scaling the right way.
Cons
We have "good" problems here; We're growing so fast, we continuously need to reflect on and adjust our operating procedures in order to scale effectively and efficiently. No real "cons" - love working here.
