Business Outlook
Pros
You get to work on interesting projects and you are given a ton of responsibility quickly as an entry-level engineer.
Cons
Unrealistic deadlines are pushed and engineers leave at a high rate. Managers are young and inexperienced. Employees hired with prior experience are not always listened to or used efficiently. Their culture of "yes men" leads to a lack of realism about how long it should take to complete a project. Micromanaging happens quite a bit.
