Pros
Janicki offers a wide variety of positions to fill and learn from, it is a great company to "get your foot in the door" of the aerospace industry.
Cons
There is very little opportunity for advancement within the company. during my time with Janicki most open management positions were filled with outside hires instead of internal promotions. Low level management/team leads is notorious for being a swinging door.
