Professional culture with a engineering at its core. Decent pay and above average flexibility with schedule. Plenty of challenges to keep you engaged and opportunities to implement creative solutions to these challenges.

Cons

Company becoming more focused on defense contracts so you need to be willing and able to obtain a security clearance to advance through the ranks. Company is going through growing pains staffing up for upcoming work

Very promising contracts coming toward Janicki, suggesting a great business outlook. Great place to learn and grow Good people Good pay

Limited opportunity for advancement. Promotions/raises are not systemized, often requiring job searching and approaching management with offers you've received elsewhere. Pros vs Cons are out of balance, and turnover is higher than normal at the moment (some departments more than others). Hour daily commute can get old if you don't live near their facility.
