Impressive Large Scale Manufacturing

Pros

Innovative and strong machining processing encourages creativity and thinking outside the box. Large scale machining proves for good challenges to build robust processes and keeps the job interesting. Great people and fairly well managed. It's a smaller company so you get pretty familiar with your peers. Lots of opportunity to come up with new ideas including stuff not related to machining.

Cons

Pay could be better. Lots of working after hours due to the manufacturing side of the job including weekends. Some management decisions can be questionable at times but they are willing to listen to your opinion (usually).
