Pros

Some co-workers work beside you every day and give it their all right along with you. Some really good people work for this company - hard working, smart, devoted to their families and their jobs.

Cons

Management often directs and allows so much bullying. There is no concern for the average employee unless you are part of the good ol' boys. HR does not help and does nothing to support the average worker from the bullies, they only help upper management get what they want. People are afraid to say anything because there is no one on their side to report it to and no confidential conversations exist with HR.
