Cons

Managment sucks. Workers are threatened and bullied into their work. They write workers up instead of talking to management. They promote people to management who are the scun of the earth. Dont give one care about their workers. Dont ever expect to get paid what your worth or ever get a raise. College degree 14 bucks an hour. Company is trash. Be prepared to be bullied and threatened on a daily basis.

Work on really cool projects, a large variety of projects for variety of costumers. Definitely a lot of promotion from within. A history of impressive engineering achievements.

Cons

A sense that you have to get into the good ol' boys club. Some seemingly unprofessional lapses in procedure.
