Janicki typically likes to hire recent grads for quite a bit less money than larger markets and doesn't keep up with pay increases.

Cons

-long hours (50-60) -not the best location-wise (either live in Sedro-Woolley or commute 45 min from Bellingham)

Pros

Every single person there is amazing. They are so awesome with time off and being late or leaving early. It's also 4-10s with different shifts (days, swings, graveyard) and 3-12s for weekends. An amazing starter for the pay, and you don't need experience for the beginner positions.

Cons

Not much room to climb the ladder. There are multiple people who have been doing the same job as me for 15-20 years still making equivalent to what I am starting out with no experience.
