This is a start at the bottom and work your way up company. They train from the bottom up. And prefer to promote from within. They are still open to hiring for the job for their more skilled positions. Great company to work for if you are teachable, flexible, and hard working.

Cons

Not the best place for someone who punches the clock. Don't offer 2 weeks vacation until after 5 years. Other benefits very competitive.

Easy interview process. Variety of work with no two days the same. I have learned a lot about the composite industry.

Cons

No problems so far at this time. Pay could be better seems lower than industry standard. Location is a little out of the way.
