Pros
The creativity and feel of a startup do shine through and with that comes opportunity for personal growth in your career as it is recognized as an overall benefit to the company. Pay and benefits are decent for the area. One could get comfortable at JI if you are a good worker and in with the right people. In the long run, most talented staff move on to better paying jobs with more upward mobility.
Cons
An illusion of caring from upper management because they want to be family oriented and a great place to work but they are only capable of doing this in bursts. This may have to do with opposing views at the top. Additionally, this is a project oriented business so loyalty from the employer can only go so far if the project is over and there is no more work. Long term career opportunities are for select few.
