-They offer employment in Skagit County -Opportunity to learn new skills -If you have a degree you can get a decent job from the start

-Low pay -Schedule changes all the time -Work with many chemicals, dusts, and vapors -Poor choice of managers -Lay offs occur once or sometimes twice a year -No care for employees personal lives -No room for advancement without degree

Great, dedicated people getting the job done through hard work and ingenuity. Family owned, the janicki leadership can be scatterbrained, but they have high moral character.

Cons

So many ideas and directions to go, we are still at the adolexcent stage, things are loose and fast here. If you can't stand a managed level of chaos, this place can get to you.
