A lot of good people. If you want quick money tons of over time.

Cons

It's a lot like highschool. You have to be in with the management to get anywhere. The guy who ran the Woolley plant got arrested for getting hammered at the bar and kicking in his neighbors door. Nothing got done, then tells employees to take responsibility for there actions. The owner likes to talk about family oriented, but if he sees you in public with your family doesn't want anything to do with you. No moving up in the company

Excelent work atmospheer of learning and growing Family owned and a strong family environment Constant company change encourages personal growth and opens new opportuninties Risk taking is Janicki's buisness and the ocassional failure is accepted, as long as you learn from it

Cons

While job requirements and responsibilities change frequently, salary/benifits do not The comapny is trying to grow and that means growing pains!!
