Not bad, but could easily make improvements
Pros
-Great coworkers and middle-management -Very interesting projects with room for hands-on experience -Somewhat flexible hours, we can leave early on Fridays if we're over 40 hrs and have no work left -They get all the "small things" right, like putting up posters we requested, team photo competitions and chile cook-offs, company BBQs, and generally having the resources we need to succeed
Cons
-Upper management likes to make arbitrary changes (like moving start time to 6am) and does not clearly communicate goals or obstacles -Difficult to move teams or change roles, especially if you fall into the Quality black hole -Company culture has taken a downward turn: longer hours are expected, upper management is harder to reach, HR can't really help, and I've heard others say it's become a lot more like Boeing over recent years
